As you can see, we moved back up to the #3 slot due to a decent showing on SmackDown!. Now, let's take a look at this week's picks.

Carlito (RAW - $3,500,000)
IC champ Carlito was going to be interviewing Hulk Hogan on his interview segment "Carlito's Cabana"; I hoped this would lead to a match with Hogan, since it IS the 4th of July. I was right.
Chris Masters (RAW - $2,500,000)
I hoped -- nay, expected -- to see Chris Masters and his Master Lock Challenge on RAW; unfortunately, this didn't happen last night, so I hope he at least shows up on Sunday Night Heat.
Christian (SmackDown! - $3,500,000)
The newest SmackDown! draft pick, Christian did well in last Thursday's main event match; I thus expect more good things from him this week.
JBL (SmackDown! - $5,000,000)
The number one contender to Batista's World Heavyweight title, I expect JBL to appear on SmackDown! in some capacity. However, I've noticed a trend, actually: the top guys rarely have matches on free TV anymore, and instead it's the almost-top guys like Kurt Angle and Christian who are headlining the shows. Wish I had noticed that before this week, but I guess there's always next week.
John Cena (RAW - $5,000,000)
Based on what I just said for JBL, you can probably tell how well John Cena did last night. He showed up for an interview thing, but didn't actually wrestle. I'm not really sure what I was thinking, but I think I need to stop picking the guys who hold the top titles.
Muhammad Hassan (SmackDown! - $3,500,000)
Not really sure what they have in mind for Hassan this week, but he's been consistently near the top for months, so it's a pretty safe bet that he'll have some sort of match.
Psicosis (SmackDown! - $2,000,000)
Psicosis debuted a couple weeks ago as part of the "Mexicools" faction, destroying both Cruiserweight champ Paul London and his opponent, Chavo Guerrero... I am expecting at least a Velocity match, but since the attack last week was during SmackDown!, I'm really banking on seeing this feud continue on SmackDown!.
Rosey (RAW - $3,000,000)
One half of the tag team champions, I expect Rosey to once again retain his title on Heat. He's continually a good pick because he's reliable; he never has a banner night, but he scores well for his price range almost every week.
Viscera (RAW - $2,000,000)
Viscera has been making an appearance pretty much every week in some capacity, and at his price, that's good enough. Vis actually turned out to be a good bet this week; he won a handicap match last night against The Heart Throbs (Antonio and Romeo). I'm hoping that a handicap match counts as a "specialty match," as that will give me more points.

So there you have it. I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of this thing; as a result, I see next week being a really good week, but this week hasn't gotten off to a bad start, so let's hope it continues.

Like I said, I think I need to stop picking the main guys on each show, unless it's a pay-per-view or the week before one (the week before, they tend to have some sort of tag team match involving the guys who will be fighting at the pay-per-view). Picking lower-level guys who are solidly entrenched in feuds might be the way to go.
Also, it's been hard to pick the last couple weeks due to the draft and such; when you don't even really know who'll be on each show that week, and there are no real feuds going on, it's hard to pick a team. Hopefully things are settling down.

So, apparently, Velocity this week chose not to show any actual matches, and instead just recap SmackDown!. Way to go, guys. Way to justify your existence.

Hopefully, Heat will have matches. Otherwise, Hot Death beats me by like 3 points this week. Fuck that guy.

That Sucks!

Do you get double points, if your guys are reshown in clips, or are there just no points for velocity sans interview appearance points?

There were no points for Velocity at all last night, since it was solely a recap show. Nothing live except the two announcers standing around in a studio setting up the clips.
And no, you don't get points when they recap a match with your guy in it. :)

Like I said, I really hope Heat tonight has actual matches.

Yeah, so Heat didn't have actual matches. AND this week isn't started off that stellarly either. The first week I take Chris Masters off my roster, he wins a match. Ugh. This week's update to come later tonight or tomorrow.
