So I just watched a tape of Thursday's SmackDown!, and who comes out to face crazy man John Heidenreich but the BROOKLYN BRAWLER! The Brawler goes on the mic and denounces New York (the show was taped at MSG), removing his Yankees shirt to show a Red Sox shirt underneath, and proclaims himself "The Boston Brawler." He is then squashed.
Just thought Joe might be interested, as the Brawler is one of the old standbys from wrestling's past. :D

This is such a sad day... the Boston Brawler? I am crushed. :(
It's okay, man, he will soon come back to Brooklyn. I'm sure Vince McMahon was like, Brawler, we need you to be the bad guy today. I'm sure he fought with Vince, saying he loves New York too much. But the boss is the boss. So I'm sure in his heart, the Brawler is still a hometown hero.
