okay i know i'm a loser for watching wrestling and getting excited but FUCK THAT shawn michaels is doing an interview with some new douchebag commentator and he's all like i want to introduce my TAG TEAM PARTNER for backlash and it's HULK HOGAN HOLY CRAP and so then he is like we need to do this interview wwe style, get this guy outta here, and kicks out the random announce guy and HOLY CRAP WHO COMES INTO THE SCREEN BUT MEAN GENE HOLY SHIT and so mean gene is all interviewing them and they are TOTALLY FUCKING OLD SCHOOL with the cheesy hogan catchphrases, the hulkamaniacs, and i am getting FIRED UP hogan tears the shirt off and is all WHATCHA GONNA DO BROTHER and i am done

That is so cool. I would have been completely into that. I am glad you left me a message abot it. It got me excited when I retrieved it on the way to work (I went to bed a little early last night).
I wish you had tivo so that we can keep the action for me to see.
I will see if I can find it to download off the net somewhere.
I think the reason that I was so excited about it is that I don't really remember the wrestling that any of those guys did back in the day; as a kid, what stuck in my mind were the promos and interviews. And so seeing Hogan wrestle is like, eh, because sure it's Hogan, but he's pretty much just some old guy who is not as exciting to watch as the newer guys. But the backstage promos... those bring me back.
