Well, even though the turnout at the actual reunion was fairly miserable, it was still a really great weekend. Once I get the pictures off my phone, I'll link them in a post.

I agree that turnout was pretty poor at the reunion, with mostly people that weren't on my radar showing up. It was however good to see folks like Nick, Lauren and Audrey, which made it worthwhile.

I regret that we did not meet up with Mei-Ling, despite the fact that we were definitely near each other on Friday night.

In any case, I do have to reiterate the sentiment of the festivities on Friday that no one should schedule a get together for a class reunion in a place that did not exist when we went to school there. it made no sense! Also, who wants to catch up with people and talk about the old days when you cannot even hear yourself think!

Anyway, those are my thoughts.

Jess- i told anyone who would listen hat you sent your regards.

Thanks for sending my regards to those who would listen...even though I wasn't there I was kinda bummed that Jess Federman--uh--Strom--didnt show up. I kinda wanted to hear more about what was up with her. I regret not being there in the sense that it would have been great to hang out with both of you together again, but perhaps that will happen during Commet Hat Week. In all honesty, I think it would have made me kinda sad in a way to have gone back and seen Goucher again--cause I'm weird like that. And to be honest, it's just not something I felt like dealing with right now...so, perhaps at the 10 year reunion. :) Maybe more people will show up, and even meet at a place that existed when we were there (I personally think Paper Moon would be kind of a cool choice). I always liked that place.

Keith--the picture of the turtle!!!! BEST turtle picture I have seen EVER--awesome!!! :)

Joe: I agree with all of your points. To be honest, my only two goals for the weekend were to a) see friends I already stay in contact with, and b) take my lovely new lady friend to see where I went to school and meet some of my friends. Both of those goals were accomplished in spades.

Jess: Yeah, that turtle is pretty sweet. Linked here for posterity.

For me, the entire event was about curiosity. Maybe I just took for granted that I would see the people I knew, since I knew you would be there and it was a known quantity.

In any case, not seeing the fed-strom was a bit of a bummer, but in reality, I probably should just sent her an email. I will add her to the list of people I have been meaning to send emails.
