A good day

Today, my bid was accepted for the condominium I have had my eye on. I don't actually own the place until I sign the contract (probably a week or so from now), but still, this is really good news after over 3 months of searching (and longer if you count the apartment hunt that preceded the condo search).

Anyway, just wanted to share my happiness. Hope I didn't catch you all at a bad time for such things.
