Some of you may not be aware of this, but I've been shopping for a condo recently. Some of you may also not be aware that I consider the realtor I am currently with to be kind of a douchebag, and kind of useless. Here's why.
-random pseudo-racist comments
He says those things that you "just don't say"... nothing really bad, but enough to make himself look like an asshole. :)
-doesn't actually find any places for me
All the places I've looked at have been places I've found on my own
-bitches about silly things
Self-explanatory. Annoying.
-bad at having someone follow him in a car
And as a result, I was 20 minutes late back to work -- the impetus for this post. :)
So what do y'all think? Drop the guy? Or do these things not sound like that big a deal.

My friend had a similar problem, only the realtor chose to bring her 3 children in a minivan to every place they saw.
If you can get out of this deal DO IT!!!
He was able to beak his contract and could not believe how great his new realtor really was.
He now resides in a nice condo in Columbia, the greatest place in the WORLD!!!
I'm not actually roped into this in any way... no contract of any sort... just wanted to kind of see how the guy did. I think I've seen enough.
