Welcome to week 7! The Great American Bash wasn't exactly a big winner for me, but I didn't do that bad because everyone else picked the same guys as me. :) Basically, the WWE defied all conventional logic with the booking of those PPV matches. Anyhoo, let's take a look at the current standings!
1 | The Bluth Company | 1204 | 200.7 |
2 | Worcester Wrestling Federation | 1117 | 186.2 |

19 | Lord Baron | 978 | 163.0 |
20 | chill | 970 | 161.7 |
As you can see, the SentonBOMBS are back up to number three. Like I said earlier, it wasn't that I made good picks; it was that everyone else made bad picks too. Now let's take a look at my picks for this week!
Carlito | RAW | $3,500,000 |
Chris Masters | RAW | $2,500,000 |
Edge | RAW | $4,000,000 |
Heidenreich | SmackDown! | $3,000,000 |
Joey Mercury | SmackDown! | $3,000,000 |
Kane | RAW | $4,000,000 |
Kurt Angle | RAW | $5,000,000 |
Sharmell | SmackDown! | $1,000,000 |
Super Crazy | SmackDown! | $2,000,000 |
Viscera | RAW | $2,000,000 |
Carlito
Intercontinental champ Carlito intentionally disqualified himself last week in a match against Shelton Benjamin (titles do not change hands on a disqualification). I expect him to pull more such shenanigans this week, and every week until they (undoubtedly) face off for the last time at SummerSlam.
Chris Masters
"The Masterpiece" Chris Masters ran into a big problem last week when The Big Show tried to enter the Master Lock Challenge. I expect Masters to keep denying show a chance to enter the Challenge, or cheat to win, until SummerSlam.
Edge
Edge and Kane square off in a "Stretcher Match" tonight on RAW. I don't really care or know who will win, but the fact remains that they both have a match, and a "specialty" match at that. One will lose, but both at least were in the match... and that's better than picking another guy who may or may not actually have a match.
Heidenreich
Heidenreich became one half of the Tag Team champions when he and Animal defeated MNM. I'm hoping to see MNM get their rematch tonight, and so I picked both Heidenreich and Joey Mercury of MNM.
Joey Mercury
See above, "Heidenreich."
Kane
See above, "Edge."
Kurt Angle
Angle has been holding his "Angle Invitational" once again every week; basically, it's a specialty match that he has little chance of losing (he puts one of his gold medals on the line against a "hometown hero" -- basically a jobber who Kurt beats easily and then beats up on afterwards, to make himself look more evil). He also usually gets points for TWO finishing moves, since he tends to do his Angle Slam as a setup for his Ankle Lock.
Sharmell
I had 1 mil left after picking all my guys, and so I picked Sharmell. Booker T's valet/manager, she will probably show up once or twice on SmackDown!.
Super Crazy
One of the "Mexicools," Super Crazy has been having regular matches on SmackDown! and Velocity (and even a late-announced match at the PPV) lately, so he seems like a fairly safe choice.
Viscera
Kind of a crapshoot, but "Big Vis" has been making fairly regular appearances on RAW and Heat.
Part of the problem this week was that the booking (who won/lost, and how) of the PPV was so random that I'm having a hard time figuring out where they'll go next with all of this. For that reason, I ended up picking heavily from the RAW side and not much from the SmackDown! side. I guess we'll see how my strategy worked out.

Hahaha, I kicked so much ass tonight.
I can't remember what you said that you win if you finish 1st? Anyhting for 2nd or 3rd.
(Sorry, I am too lazy to go back and read.)
Nothing if I just finish first in my league. That is really just bragging rights.
You get a prize for first OVERALL and for first place EACH WEEK. I probably have very little chance of winning either of these.
Oh... and I don't remember what the prizes are. It's really just for fun for me.
